Terms of use

tripstory · effective 13 October 2026

These terms cover your use of tripstory, the app and its web pages. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. You can leave at any time by deleting your account.

What you share

You own what you make. When you publish a trip or a moment, or send a share link, you give tripstory the right to show it to the people you chose — and, for a published trip or moment, to anyone using the app — including the right for others to copy a published plan into their own trips with your name credited. Withdrawing a publish or revoking a link ends that for the future.

What is not allowed

Do not publish or share content that is illegal, that harasses, threatens or demeans a person or a group, that is sexual, that shows or celebrates violence, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is spam. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not use tripstory to collect other people's data.

Reports, blocking and removal

Anyone can report a trip, a moment or a person from the app, and block a person so that nothing they publish is shown again. We look at every report within 24 hours and may remove content, hide it from the public feed or suspend an account without notice. If you believe we got it wrong, write to connect@tripstory.global.

Places and routes

Opening hours, prices, road times and other facts are gathered from public sources and may be wrong or out of date. Check before you travel; tripstory is not responsible for a closed door or a longer drive.

Liability

tripstory is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude. We may change or end the service; if we end it, we will say so ahead of time where we can.
